Accreditations and trust marks worth showing
The Federation of Window Cleaners (FWC) is the UK trade body, and membership is worth showing. Public liability insurance with the amount matters, because you are working around glass, conservatories and parked cars. If you clean from the ground with a water fed pole, say so, since it fits the Work at Height Regulations principle of avoiding ladder work where you can, and commercial customers look for that.
In parts of Scotland the council licenses window cleaners. If yours does, show the licence. A basic DBS check is a sensible extra when you are regularly in people's back gardens, and a sign written van and uniform in your photos do as much for trust as any badge.

Yes, briefly. Say that you use purified water through a brush on a pole, that frames and sills get cleaned at the same time, and that the glass dries clear on its own. It heads off the most common complaint from customers who are new to it, and the safety side appeals to commercial clients.
Can I add gutter clearing and conservatory cleaning?
Yes. List each extra service on its own line with a from price if you have one. They are searched for separately from window cleaning, and existing round customers often do not know you offer them until they see it written down.
